The Quaids each face a felony vandalism charge after being arrested last month on suspicion they were living in the guest house of a Montecito, Calif. home they previously owned and vANCOUVER Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been arrested in Vancouver on U.S. warrants related to vandalism charges. Arrest warrants were issued for the couple on Monday in California after they failed to show up at a court hearing in Santa Barbara stemming from their arrests last month on suspicion of illegally squatting at a home.
