Discipline Committee: Conflict Of Interest

Accounting Firm Dept: A discipline committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of P.E.I. is reviewing a confidential report issued in September by the institute's professional misconduct committee on Arsenault Best Cameron Ellis' possible conflict of interest in the PNP, according to CBC. The institute received two complaints last spring alleging conflict of interest against the firm in its involvement in the controversial PNP and it will be a little longer before a Charlottetown accounting firm that audited the provincial nominee program knows its fate. It's up to the institute's discipline committee to decide what happens next. As reported in the news.
