Wedding Photographers Dept: Culpin is 25. He wants to be a photographer. In pursuit of that, he said, he entered a contest sponsored by creativeLIVE. com, an online school out of Seattle that gives courses in, among other things, photography, according to Vancouver Sun. Culpin had been interested in photography for about seven years, he said, but had always put his ambition to be one on hold because he had been in a relationship with a woman who had two school-age children and leigh Culpin had a dream to follow. Unfortunately, it meant following it across the border. It was there his dream collided with a new reality. "Basically," Culpin wrote me in an e-mail, "six photographers were going to be chosen to head down to Seattle and take part in a five-day wedding photography course with one of the top 10 wedding photographers in the U.S., Jasmine Star." Star works out of Los Angeles. "There were 121 video entries, and of the six that were chosen, I was one of them. I contacted my aunt, who lives in Gig Harbor about an hour southwest of Seattle and arranged to stay with her for the week during the course and then the week following." As
reported in the news.
