Terrence Knox Dept: Knox, a former Chicago police officer, has written to Minister of Public Safety Vic Toews to ask that he be considered a possible murder victim for a shooting back in 1969, according to The Star. The reason, Knox argues, is that Freeman killed him and it s tough to extradite accused murderers from Canada and terrence Knox suspects he s a murder victim. He s just not dead yet . In his letter to Ottawa, which he copied to Immigration Minister Jason Kenney, Knox urges Canadian authorities to refuse a temporary residence permit to Gary Freeman, a former librarian s assistant at the Toronto Metro Reference Library, who shot him 41 years ago in Chicago.
