Security Risk Dept: What do you mean Tamil migrant? When did these people apply for immigration to Canada, like all of the others before them? Since when is a deliberate, illegal attempt to enter Canada, acceptable? Why are they not put on a plane and sent back home to apply through the process correctly?, according to Calgary Herald.
