A pregnant woman was the first to be released on Monday by the IRB, but CBSA has declined to confirm if they will appeal the decision in that case. They have 15 days from the date of the ruling to appeal. The appeal process requires CBSA to prove that a legal or factual error was made by the IRB in ordering the release of the women.
