Dupuis was house leader from 2003 to 2007 and deputy premier from 2005 to 2007 and qUEBEC -- Premier Jean Charest's musical-chairs decision to replace departing house leader Jacques Dupuis with Jean-Marc Fournier, who has served in that role in the past, seems unlikely to win back Liberal voters looking for change from the Liberal government.
