Anal Intercourse Dept: B.R.C. is a convicted sex offender, in my view of the worst kind, because the young person he sexually exploited was his stepson. He didn’t groom a stranger and rape him, which is bad enough; rather, he groomed an adolescent who was vulnerable, in his charge, and who trusted and loved him, according to Globe And Mail. Originally charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation, he waived a preliminary hearing, pleaded guilty to the second count on Nov. 17, 2008 in Brampton court before Ontario Superior Court Judge Bruce Durno and was sentenced on Feb. 20 the next year and so it was in the case of Regina versus B.R.C., until the Ontario Court of Appeal stepped in and promptly wronged a right, as it were. Over a period of a number of years, beginning when the victim was 13 or 14, B.R.C. engaged the boy in mutual masturbation, fellatio and anal intercourse. B.R.C. would wait until his wife and stepdaughter were asleep upstairs, load up the old VCR with some suitably arousing porn, which he later admitted was aimed at priming the pump.
