Delgado: Records Show and Community Service

delgado: The Dallas resident pleaded guilty to use of interstate facility to commit travel act, according to Metro News. Delgado was an officer with Dallas County Community Supervision and Corrections. Officials say 35-year-old David Delgado was sentenced Thursday and ordered to pay 2,900. Authorities say that in 2016, he was supervising someone without legal U.S. status who was on probation. The victim had receipts proving compliance but paid anyway. Records show that Delgado used a cellphone to arrange a meeting at a Dallas restaurant and then demanded 1,600 more in fees plus additional community service to help keep immigration officials away.
