Nova Scotia Court Of Appeal Dept: HALIFAX - The Supreme Court of Canada will hear an appeal of a lower court's decision to throw out 17 sex offence convictions against a Nova Scotia man involving boys in the 1970s, according to Winnipeg Free Press.
