Washington State Dept: Rosanna Anderson of Castlegar was denied entry into Washington State last weekend, just before she was going to leave with her American fiance on a cruise to Mexico, according to CTV. But it wasn't enough to convince U.S. border guards and a B.C. woman's cross-border romance has turned into a cross-border nightmare after officials barred her from the States, and News has learned she may now have fewer ways to appeal that decision. "They said I needed to bring more information to prove I was still living in Canada," said Anderson. She had brought a folder full of documentation including her rental agreement, pay stubs from her part-time job, her children's birth certificates and utility bills.
