Ailish O'Connor: City Of Edmonton

www.immigrantscanada.comBruce Perrin Dept: Bruce Perrin, 52, pleaded guilty earlier this week to failure to yield to a pedestrian, a violation under the Traffic Safety Act, according to CBC. O'Connor, an employee of the city of Edmonton, was on her way to work and a former Edmonton bus driver was fined $2,000 dollars and handed a 90-day licence suspension for hitting and killing a pedestrian in April 2011. Ailish O'Connor, 28, was in a crosswalk near the courthouse on 97th Street around 7 a.m. on April 20, 2011 when she was struck by a bus making a left hand turn. (www.immigrantscanada.com).
