Grand Prize - There is one 1 Grand Prize consisting of a trip for two 2 to Los Angeles, California, United States and one 1 set of Sennheiser HD 229 Headphones. Trip includes: round trip economy air fare for two 2 from a major Canadian airport closest to the Grand Prize winner's place of residence in Canada hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point" to LAX airport; two 2 nights accommodation for two 2 people based on one 1 room, double occupancy at a hotel to be selected by the Contest Sponsors at their sole discretion; ground transportation to and from LAX to the hotel; two 2 tickets to attend the taping of The Ellen DeGeneres Show taking place on May 17th, 2012 seat selection is at Contest Sponsors'' sole discretion ; the chance to meet and greet Tony Okungbowa, Ellen DeGeneres' resident DJ. subject to Tony Okungbowa's schedule and availability- if the meet and greet is not possible the Contest Sponsors will be in no way responsible, and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof . The Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation except as described herein , meals and beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Departure dates and accommodation are subject to availability and change without notice or compensation. Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsors in their sole discretion and authority failing which the Grand Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. In the event the Grand Prize winner is under the age of majority, he or she must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian at all times while participating in all components of the Grand Prize. Travel must take place between Wednesday, May 16, 2012 and Friday, May 18, 2012. Travelling companion must be fourteen 14 years of age or older in order to participate. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand One Hundred Dollars $3,100.00 Cdn. based on a Toronto departure. 1. Entries will be rejected if entry email is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period.
